EDXC Conference Andorra, costs

Dear friends,

 In just 7 weeks from now, our 2019 Conference will be held in Andorra.
The provisional programme will also be published later today.

EDXC paid some benefits in advance.   Now it’s time to pay these amounts to the EDXC account, if possible before August 15th.

Here are the details of the payments:

1. A)Conference fees and EDXC Banquet : 40 euro.
2. B)Saturday visit : 20 euro, lunch (around 10 euro) will be paid directly at the restaurant.
3. C)Coach Toulouse-Andorra on Sept. 5th : 30 euro.
4. D) Coach Andorra-Llivia-Toulouse on Sept. 8th : 36 euro.
5. E) Hotel in Toulouse Sept. 8th(Note that the hotel made a mistake with the price of the Triple room, the price here is the right).

Single room    55 euro  extra night 89 euro.      Double room  65 euro extra night 99 euro.     Triple room    75 euro  extra night 109 euro.

You must add 1,65 euro for Touristic Tax per personne per night.

 You make your choices and you will have the total to pay.
