Texas Radio Shortwave thanks EDXC

Texas Radio Shortwave is recognising the work of the EDXC for the DX community globally, on an eQSL throughout May. The eQSL features US female band, The Chicks (formerly known as The Dixie Chicks). The band’s name change took place in June 2020 and followed criticism that the word had connotations of American slavery. The band said they had picked “that stupid name” as teenagers and had wanted to change it for years.
Texas Radio Shortwave produces programmes featuring Texas music artists and songs about Texas. These monthly programs are broadcast by Channel 292, Rohrbach, Germany, WRMI, Okeechobee, Florida, and WBCQ, Monticello, Maine.
The TRSW Prime artists in May are The Chicks. Here is the schedule:
