On 5^th November, Radio Romania International will be broadcasting its annual “Listener’s Day” programme in which we ask you, the listeners, what you think of the hot topics of the day. And this year’s topic is: “Fake news and trust in the media”.

 

What’s your experience of fake news in your country? What, in your opinion, is the greatest danger posed by fake news in today’s society? Do you associate fake news more with social media, or is it also to be found in traditional media? Has the rise of fake news affected your trust in traditional news sources? And if so, what can be done about it?

Dragi prieteni, duminică, pe 5 noiembrie 2017, vă aşteptăm la «Ziua Ascultătorului» la Radio România Internaţional, la care sunteţi invitaţi să participaţi cu o contribuţie pe tema fake news şi încrederea în mass-media.

În ultimii ani a scăzut încrederea oamenilor în mass-media. Acest proces afectează, într-o măsură mai mare sau mai mică, atât presa scrisă, radioul şi televiziunea, cât şi domeniul privat şi public. Cauze sunt multe: avem apropierea mass-media de politic şi ecomomic, goana după senzaţional şi comercial, greşeli jurnalistice, dar şi influenţa reţelelor sociale. Când vorbim despre ultimele, trebuie sa vorbim şi despre fake news, adica acele ştiri false, care sunt răspândite, în general de reţelele sociale, cu scopul de a manipula.

Aşadar, în ediţia de anul acesta a «Zilei Ascultătorului» vă întrebăm: Câtă incredere mai aveţi în mass-media?
